Kidney function disorders

The kidneys are organs that serves to remove urine, which is the waste products of metabolism of the body in liquid form. The kidneys are located on the outer wall of the abdominal cavity, which is the largest cavity in the human body, exactly on the right and left of the spine. Such as the kidney bean shape with a length of 6 to 7.5 cm with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 cm.

Kidney function is to regulate water balance in the body, regulate salt concentration in the blood, regulate acid-base balance of blood and regulate the excretion of waste materials and excess salt. When the kidneys fail to execute this function, there will be disruption in water balance and metabolism in the body, which causes the buildup of harmful substances in the blood that may interfere with the work of others that cause the patient requires immediate treatment.
Kidney function disorders
A. Loss of Kidney Function
At this stage patients are usually not aware of a disturbance in kidney function. This situation will only be known if the patient perform a special examination of kidney function. But over time there will be accumulation of the remains of metabolism in the body that cause a person to experience a more severe disorder.
2. Renal insufficiency
At this stage the decline in renal function can be viewed through a routine examination. However, patients often do not complain about this situation until it reaches the stage where the decline in renal function deteriorated that it interferes with daily capacity.
3. Kidney Failure
Impaired renal function as well as the symptoms are real. Reduced kidney function causes the buildup of protein breakdown products, namely urea and nitrogen are toxic to the body, so the body will experience a shortage of protein. Disturbances in lipid metabolism will cause the low density lipoprotein (LDL) or "bad" cholesterol and triglycerides increased, while HDL or good cholesterol decreases. In the long run this Ahal cause of cardiovascular disorders. While the interference with the metabolism of carbohydrates will cause an increase in blood sugar levels. The ability of patients to be impaired at work or daily activities.
4. Terminal Renal Failure
